Not since 1999 has a SOTU been given by a President while facing an impeachment trial in the United States Senate making this one of the most extraordinary addresses delivered by a President as it will be to his prosecutors in the House and his jurors in the Senate.
There is no charge to attend, but we are asking everyone to bring a dish or dessert for pot-luck. The Cobb GOP will provide drinks!
