Rule 4.5 A proxy may be given only to another member of the Cobb County Republican
Committee. No Cobb County Republican Committee member may hold or vote more
than two (2) proxies and no proxies shall be directed to or voted by the Chair of the
Cobb County Republican Committee.

**Proxy Forms may be emailed to admin@cobbgop.org until May 26th by 5pm**

**Hard copies must be printed and brought with your proxy if not provided to the Secretary by May 26th 5pm**
